Meet Annika

Born and raised in Cologne, Germany, Annika’s love for travel and adventure brought her to the United States as an au-pair in Boston, beginning her international journey that shaped her career. She moved to the West Coast to earn her B.A. in the heart of Silicon Valley. She then followed her passion for travel, working as a flight attendant. Traveling the world has given her a unique global perspective and a deep understanding for different cultures and lifestyles and leveraging her fluency in German and English. Finally settling down in Seattle, WA Annika transitioned into real estate, gaining over a decade of experience in Seattle’s dynamic and highly competitive housing market.

Now Annika calls Raleigh home with her husband and two children. Having made several moves herself, she truly understands the emotional and logistical sides of relocating. She knows firsthand the challenges of starting fresh and the importance of finding not just a house, but a community that truly fits your lifestyle to create a new home.

Annika combines her international background with local expertise to support her clients navigating the home buying process.
